Ms. Surabhi Rastogi completed her Masters in commerce in 2004 and graduated in law in 2008. She is a member of Bar Council of Delhi and Supreme Court Bar Association. Ms. Surabhi has over 13 years of diverse experience in Intellectual property rights (Trademark), drafting, reviewing and vetting various contracts, negotiations, franchise establishment, alternate dispute resolution, criminal, commercial and matrimonial litigation, and has closely worked with corporate and individual clients, MNCs, reputed business houses and Law Firms in the UK and US.
Ms. Rastogi has regularly been appearing and handing matters before various judicial, quasi-judicial forums, including Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Courts of Delhi, Bombay and Allahabad, District Courts and tribunals. She also has been representing the Firm in national and international conferences organized across India and abroad since 2012.
Ms. Rastogi, also oversees IILC’s strategy on corporate communication and client relationship management and is instrumental in driving strategy around international coverage and practice development functions in focused sectors, while supporting many other long term strategic initiatives.
